WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE OFFER
What We Do
A Message from Keith Dmytryck, Owner & Operator
Before you build or remodel, you need to shop credentials and reputation and then select a few contractors for comparison. And before your final decision on a home remodeling contractor, you need to meet face-to-face.
In Home addition to expertise and reputation, there’s the human factor. Are we a good fit? After all, an excellent remodeling experience has to be an interaction.
Here are some key points to help you assess our philosophy and expertise and see if you want that meeting:
- Professional Pride
Keith Dmytryck, Owner & Operator
As a fourth-generation builder with a following of repeat customers, I am embedded in the profession and the community. People know I do the job right with high quality materials, proper technique, and carefully vetted workers. That’s why my company has been building Home addition, sun rooms, garages, and decks; finishing basements; and remodeling baths and kitchens all across the South Shore of Massachusetts since 1980. I can truly guarantee my work: I’m not going anywhere. I live where I work, and approach each home improvement project as a neighbor as well as a businessman.
A distinctive characteristic of my business model is professionalism with a personal touch. I never forget that this is your home, your project — and my company’s goal is to guide your vision into a solidly crafted reality within the range of your budget.
The realities of your budget and the imperatives of a high quality product are major elements that have to be in balance — that’s why communication between us is vital to a successful outcome. We need to confirm a budget range at the outset, so I can do my best work for you. I won’t push you to exceed your budgetary comfort zone. I also won’t compromise the integrity of your home’s structure — or my personal integrity — by cutting corners on materials or building technique in order to dazzle you with the lowest estimate on your list. And I’ll never lowball an estimate and then cover my real costs with “surprise” overruns later in the project. Innovation Construction Co. doesn’t operate like that.
We take pride in driving past our clients’ homes and seeing our jobs still standing and looking beautiful decades later. We take immense pride, too, when past clients contact us years later to build their next remodeling project. We follow manufacturers’ installation instructions so that your warranty holds. We don’t cut corners or choose inferior building materials to make a structure that looks great now but will suffer issues such as leaks, rot or buckling down the line. Our pricing is fair and carefully considered. It is an honest calculation that accurately reflects the cost to build your project with proper high quality materials and techniques.
We would love your business, naturally. But if you’re looking for simply the cheapest price for your next building project, please find another home remodeling contractor. If you want
- pricing that is fair (not inflated or overcharged and not dubiously undercut)
- a high quality job that withstands the test of time
- a superior cost/value ratio that makes you pleased to get what you paid for,
then, please contact us. We will be glad to discuss your plans, give you guidance, and give you a fair price for the highest quality product we’ll both be proud of.
